Jan Bo is M.Sc. in economics from University of Aarhus, Denmark, Doctor of Philosophy in financial economics from University of Southampton, U.K, and DL in leadership from Technical University of Denmark.

He was for several years a tenured Associate Professor of Finance at the Copenhagen Business School and thereafter Chief Portfolio Manager and Partner at Nordea Investment Management where he delivered asset allocation solutions to institutional investors and selling asset management and investments banking products to institutional investors in Denmark and the Nordic countries. Responsible for Strategic Asset Allocation in Norway.

He has had own companies since 2003 creating asset allocation solutions and facilitating sales of investment products to institutional investors given their complex liability side. Due to his experience and insight in the institutional investors challenges Jan Bo has for several years been on the forefront of the needs of institutional investors’ investments and asset allocations. He has in that process worked together with various partners: State Street global Advisors, JP Morgan investment banking, JP Morgan asset management, Goldman Sachs investment banking, and Goldman Sachs Asset management.

Today he focuses on creating and delivering superior return strategies to institutional investors and professional investors who want or need increased returns and lower risk

Neal has been an investor in hedge funds for more than 20 years on behalf of his own family as well as other high-net worth individuals, family offices, and select institutions. Eagle’s View Capital Management, LLC is the Investment Manager to 7 Fund of Funds and also runs an active advisory business creating customized portfolios of hedge funds for high-net worth individuals and institutions. Eagle’s View also runs a multi-strategy hedge fund.

Esther E. Goodman has been involved in the alternative investment industry for more than 35 years. She is a coFounder and Managing Director of Conyers Consulting Group, LLC, advising hedge fund managers and CTAs, with a focus on emerging managers, on strategy, marketing, organization, operations. The firm also offers outsourced COO and CCO services to CTAs and Investment Advisers and non-executive directorship services to hedge funds. Ms. Goodman is also Chief Operating Officer of StatSure Financial Services, LLC, providing structured insurance solutions to hedge fund managers seeking protection against business risks.

From July 1986 until April 2014, Ms. Goodman was the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Kenmar Group (which became The Kenmar Olympia Group in April-2012), where she led the front to back office operations of the firm; was a member of the Investment Committee and served as Chairman of the Operational Risk Committee; headed the development and management of the firm’s proprietary managed account platform; prepared and delivered presentations to prospective investors; was responsible for all company marketing materials, RFPs, due diligence questionnaires and client communications; served as Chief Compliance Officer of the firm’s broker dealer and directed compliance for the firm’s registered investment adviser, commodity pool operator and commodity trading advisor entities. For the two years prior to joining The Kenmar Group, Ms. Goodman served as a marketing executive at Commodities Corp. in Princeton, N.J. In 1979, Goodman co-founded of Westchester Commodity Management, a registered CTA, where she led the development of its trading systems and shared responsibility for running all aspects of the asset management firm.

Ms. Goodman was a Founding Member and Director of the Managed Futures Trade Association from 1987-1991 and a Director of the Managed Futures Association from 1991-1995, predecessor organizations to the Managed Funds Association (MFA). In 2014, Ms. Goodman received the Lifetime Achievement Award from CTA Expo. Ms. Goodman is a founder and Board Member of the Stacy Joy Goodman Memorial Foundation, a non-profit charity committed to finding a cure for type 1 diabetes. She has been a National Board Member of the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation, the largest diabetes, cure-based research facility in the world, since 1998. In July 2017 Ms. Goodman became a Director, member of the Executive Committee and Vice-Chair of Domestic Abuse Services of the YWCA in Greenwich, CT. Ms. Goodman graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. degree in Child Psychology.

He served as Co-Executive Chairman and Global Co-Chief Investment Officer of The Kenmar Group (which became the Kenmar Olympia Group in April 2012) until the firm was sold in March 2014. Prior to his 30+ years at the helm of Kenmar, Mr. Goodman was a Vice President and Director of Pasternak, Baum and Co., Inc., a global dealer of cash commodities.

Mr. Goodman graduated from the Bernard M. Baruch School of Business of the City University of New York with a BBA degree and an MBA in Finance and Investments. He was awarded an Economics and Finance Department Fellowship during his studies.

Mr. Goodman is the Chairman of the Board of the Stacy Joy Goodman Memorial Foundation, a non-profit charity he co-founded in 1998 in memory of his daughter Stacy.

The Foundation is committed to finding a cure for type 1 diabetes. Mr. Goodman is a former Chairman of the Board of the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation and is currently a member of its Board and Executive Committee.

Mr. Wu has over 24 years of industry experience in asset management. Prior to Penjing, Mr. Wu co-founded of Vision Investment Management Ltd (“VIM”) in June 2000.
